Privacy policy
Updated October 8, 2026. This document covers the creatimore.com website and release candidate. It is not a complete privacy policy for the iOS app.
1. Controller

2. Data categories
- Enquiries: email address, message and voluntary details.
- Beta applications: selected platform (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube), social account handle and message or product needs. The form does not request an email address.
- Infrastructure security data: IP address, request time and technical logs processed by the hosting provider.
- Optional App Store click analytics, only after opt-in and only if an analytics endpoint is configured.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or 6(1)(b) where pre-contractual.
- Beta application and communication: Article 6(1)(a), consent.
- Security and abuse prevention: Article 6(1)(f).
- Optional analytics requiring consent: Article 6(1)(a).
- Legal compliance: Article 6(1)(c) where relevant.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Applications are transmitted over HTTPS to beta.creatimoreapp.workers.dev, a service running on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical data and application content to provide the service. Email providers may process data during later correspondence. Any transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate legal basis and safeguards. Vendors and retention settings must be checked operationally before release.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained as long as necessary to resolve them and related claims. Beta data is retained until recruitment and relevant communication end or consent is withdrawn, subject to evidence of compliance. Hosting logs follow security needs and provider configuration. Specific retention periods must be confirmed once services are finalized.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
7. Voluntary provision and automated decisions
To submit a beta application you must provide a platform, social handle and message. We do not request an email address; where permitted by platform rules we may contact applicants through their public social profile. Submission is voluntary and requires affirmative consent. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
